Industrial bulbs are required, details are (1) bulb will be of 45 W/55 W/60 W & 90 W (2) All bulbs will be of 220 Volts and can work in Single Phase Electricity (3) If Electricity reduced, there should be no problem in Brightness ( this should be controlled by power supply card) (4) If Electricity rises, bulb should not burst ( Mech should be that Power card to reduce the electricity and bulb to perform in that situation ) (5) What all are the power factors of Industrial bulbs as mentioned in (1). (6) If the bulb works for continuous 24 hrs/36 hrs ( What is the performance of Bulb) Motors 1. Requirement is of Following (1) Motor 3 Phase (2) 10 KW / 15 KW /20 KW & 25 KW (3) Each motor is of 6 point winding (4) Perfect EMF Control (5) Can these Motors have losses control as following (a) Iron Losses (b) Core Losses (c) Copper Losses (d) Air Friction Losses (e) Temperature Losses (6) Winding Should Control F Degree Temperature Parameter (7) All Motors Full Load Information required (8) All should be of Induction Motors (9) All Motors should have 750 RPM (10) all Motors should be designed on 220 Volts 3 Phase ( 50 Hz) (11) With all above specifications, there should be no Magnetic Force Disturbance (11) All Motors should have the capacity to work on ( Star) and ( Delta) (12) All Motors can work on winding Point, ie U, V, W, X, Y & Z Alternators 1. Requirement of Generator Motor ( Alternator) (1) It should work on 3 Phase (2) Output phase, R- Y & B (3) Alternator to work on Neutral use (4) Alternator to work on Phase to Phase 400 Volts AC (50 Hz) (5) Alternator to work on Phase to Neutral 220 Volts AC ( 50 Hz) (6) Alternators to work on, F Class Winding ( 7) This Alternator should be Bush Less (8) Alternator should have AVR Box (8) Alternator to Control Magnetic Force (9) Alternator to Control (a) Copper losses (b) Iron Losses (c) Fluxion Losses (d) Temperature Losses (9) All Alternator to be designed on 600 RPM (50 Hz) 2. All items installed in Alternator should be of Good quality "
