My company is looking for a manufacturer that makes dual layer LED police light bars with multi-color LED technology. This means that there are two layers of LEDs around the entire light bar with LED that can change color. Looking for the frame to be make from aluminum and for a light bar that can be made in the following sizes: 36", 42", 48", 52", and 60". We are looking for a high quality product that meets and exceed European and American standards. The light bar also must have or be able to be programmed to have the following features: Takedowns and alley lights that operate separately from each other but can also be incorporated into the main flash pattern, the ability to have preset flash pattern modes, hi/low power, front and/or rear cutoff, integrated traffic arrow. We may also be looking for this product to later be made into a tow truck model with rear work light and intergrated stop, turn tail lights. The product should also the ability to come with universal mounting brackets and also vehicle specific. We are looking for a light bar that can be programmed and come with its own control box but can also be integrated into other leading control boxes or smart sirens. We would like to start with a sample and long term buying options.
